TERMS AND CONDITIONS
JL Solar – eCommerce
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
JL Solar (the "Merchant" or "Sponsor") operates an eCommerce platform dedicated to the promotion and sale of solar-related products, digital content, and merchandise (e.g., solar system packages, consultations, energy products, apparel, accessories, and related items) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Participation in any promotion or prize draw implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. MANDATORY LEGAL NOTICE
No purchase, payment of money or transaction is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the odds of winning.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
The products offered by Furious Engines consist exclusively of digital arts delivered electronically.
5. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION
5.1 Participation by purchase
For each eligible purchase of digital arts, the participant will be able to receive promotional entries as announced in each promotion.
6. ELIGIBILITY
Legal residents of Puerto Rico and the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older may participate.
7. SELECTION OF THE WINNER
The winner will be selected by random selection from among all eligible entries.
8. TAXES
The winner will be responsible for any applicable contributions under the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
10. SEPARABILITY
If any provision is declared invalid, the others shall remain in full force.
